The second tournament of the Andalusia Golf Tour took place at the Atalaya Golf & Country Club and was a huge success. People from the world of sport, show-business and industry got together to show their support for this friendly sporting event held for charity, with the proceeds of the tournament going to the Somos Tu Ola Palante Con Sarah charity.<\/p>\n
Julien Escud\u00e9, Jos\u00e9 Luis Maluenda, Pablo Mart\u00ednez, Pep\u00edn Liria, Poti Castillo, Miguel Melgar, Fidel Alonso and Jorge Armenteros where among those taking part. At the end of the 18 holes, Pep\u00edn Liria was proclaimed Scratch champion after going round with the fewest strokes. However, winning was not the most important thing, rather raising money for Sarah. More than \u20ac6,000 were raised for the Somos Tu Ola Palante Con Sarah charity association, so she can keep believing in her dreams.<\/p>\n
This amount was achieved thanks to the different challenges the players took part in on different holes during the game and the charity gala event which took place at the Hotel Barcel\u00f3 Marbella, attended by celebrities such as Esther Arroyo. During the event, several interesting items were auctioned, including an Atletico Madrid top worn by Alvaro Morata, a tennis racket signed by Feliciano L\u00f3pez and the shirt worn by bullfighter Pep\u00edn Liria when he retired.<\/p>\n
