The resort’s Links Course has been included in Golf World’s inaugural World’s Top 100 X Factor Courses, reinforcing its status as one of Europe’s premier golf destinations.

La Hacienda Links Golf Resort has earned international recognition after its Links Course was included in the inaugural edition of Golf World’s World’s Top 100 X Factor Courses, a prestigious ranking celebrating the world’s most spectacular and visually stunning golf courses.

Ranked 67th globally, La Hacienda is one of only two Spanish venues featured in the list, alongside the iconic Real Club Valderrama, further strengthening the resort’s reputation as one of Europe’s leading golf destinations.

The ranking showcases outstanding courses from 34 countries across six continents, with Augusta National, home of The Masters, taking the top spot. Golf World’s expert panel praised the Links Course as “an exhilarating course with endless views of the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar from the elevated fairways of this reworked Andalusian course.”

Redesigned in 2022 by renowned American architect Kurtis Bowman, the par-72 Links Course combines championship golf with one of the most dramatic settings in Europe.
