The Hyperbaric Centre opened in July 2014. At the time very few in Spain had heard about this kind of medicine based on breathing pure high pressured oxygen. After seven years, more than one thousand five hundred patients have already improved their health thanks to the benefits of the oxygen. Some of the more sought-after treatments are for a better quality of life, wellness and rejuvenation, whereas some patients with conditions such as autism, fibromyalgia and sport lesion have also benefited from this treatment. The pain caused by arthrosis, arthritis or even fibromyalgia is reduced after the hyperbaric treatment. Furthermore, everything suggests that it triggers benefits towards anti-aging: “There is a recent study by the Tel Aviv University, in Israel, that is very promising. Two changes appear in the study of the chromosomes that can be very important in the aging process”. Rafael mentions.
