Stéphanie  Billey is  a  property management  and  interior  designer with expertise in creating  exclusive, elegant interiors for luxury residential spaces.  She  is  recognized  for  her ability  to  design  tailored,  refined interiors  spanning  various  design styles such as transitional, traditional, and modern. Her ongoing goal is to produce unique interiors that mirror the client’s preferences, way of lite, and individuality-spaces that are enduring, significant, and above all, comfortable.

Tell me about the company: how did it start and how do you share your responsibilities?

S. Bllley interior  design,  architecture, decoration and furniture design projects are the result of more than 20 years of experience, passion for design and empathy with our c/ients. We started our business in 2003 and we have a studio based in Marbella formed by a great team of professionals who are passionate about design.

Our philosophy is based on the search for excellence and quality in all our services, always offering an exclusive and personalized design for each project.

Our functions are divided according to client and project, since each one of them is a world and according to the needs of each client and each project, we divide the functions but in general we both work as a team and join forces to achieve the best possible result.

You’ve worked on sorne prestigious golf courses, haven’t you?

We change Torrequebrada Golf, it was very fun, we enjoyed it a lot being in this context with a lot of green around us, our mission was to bring a sophisticated style in arming with a colourful style. We are also working in some future projects in the golf industry with GolfUs.

What are you working on at the moment?

We are making apartments far the Benetton family, with high level and bespoke furniture.

Which brands do you work with?

We work with a wide variety of international brands such as Bonaldo, Talentti, Romo, Jab, Designers Guilds, Guadarte, Boca do Lobo, Missan, Casamance, Omexco, Tecnographica, in short. We also have our own carpenters who make custom furniture with the highest quality.

What would be your dream project?

We don’t have an exact dream project, we love what we do, it is our passion. Each project is different, we !ove to put us to the limit and have this creativity challenge.

What is your style of decoration and interior design?

We do not have a particular style in decoration because in the end it is ali about creating homes to the taste of our customers. Our function is not to express our style but to bring the taste and needs of the owner to fruition. Doing it with good taste within the style of each one, focusing on current trends and trying to create eclectic environments where personality and character stand out.
